MY TAKE; While the ingredients are definitely all about hair growth from within with the help of vitamins, it must be noted that most of the food we eat on a daily basis, especially  ladies whose only diet is NOT RICE...give us these vitamins. Just taking Vitamin B as an example; foods rich in this vitamin include-potatoes, beans, oranges, carrots, oatmeal, soybeans, leafy veggies, peanuts, meats...the list goes on!!

 To me except you are vitamin deficient as in you have been told by a doctor that you are...then taking these vitamins will only compliment the other sources of your diet that give you these vitamins and so (HERE IS WHERE I BUST SOME BUBBLES)- That exceptional faster growing, longer, thicker, stronger hair you want when you start taking Hairfinity might not be as easy to come by...
