Here is a simple treatment to shrink enlarged pores. This facial eliminates excess oil, and keeps your skin and pores nice and tight.

• Add two tablespoons of baking powder to a pot of water. Cover and boil for five minutes.
• Remove the cover and use a towel to make a “tent”. Cover your head and steam your face for fifteen minutes.
• Beat an egg white and add a few drops of lemon juice to it.
• Apply the egg mask to your face and let dry for 20 minutes.
• Remove the mask with a mild toner (like witch hazel) on a cotton ball.

Regular blackhead extractions help to keep your pores clear and reduces the chances of your pores getting too big. Any treatment that helps to exfoliate your skin also makes your pores smaller. Micro dermabrasion or a simple easy to get facial scrub will go a long way to help shrink pores if you do them 2-3 times a week.

How to Clear Up Back Acne on Dark Skin

Avoid wearing backpacks or tight-fitting shirts, as they can irritate your back or cause it to sweat, resulting in more acne.

Don't skimp on your workouts, but do wear clean gym clothes each time you go. Clean yourself properly afterward to ward off dreaded back acne. Do not pass go after your gym time without hopping in the shower for a scrub. Change into a clean bra and T-shirt afterward. Sweat that stays on your skin can clog pores and lead to back acne.

To reach your back, use a loofah with a long handle, or you may opt to get your special someone to lather it for you! Shampoo your hair to remove traces of hair products like pomade. Greasy substances found in black hair pomades and styling products can give you acne. If you're not rinsing the goo out fully, some of the products can be left on your back. Shampoo your hair until it's quite sudsy and feels grease-free; rinse until the water comes clean. Feel your back and make sure it's suds-free, too.

Wash your bedding, towels and clothes with a gentle laundry detergent. Fragrance-creating additives in detergent could be irritating your skin, and irritated skin results in more back acne.

Apply a benzoyl peroxide cream daily to encourage existing zits go away for good. This compound has long been a fave acne fighter, and it's especially good at shrinking those large back pimples.

Talk to a dermatologist if you're still experiencing severe back acne; she can prescribe ointment or pills to help banish .
